Howland Family Record
An old page, or paper, out of the Howland Family Bible held by Charles Howland in Woodstock. Edward b.1798 who settled in Mink Hollow, Lake Hill, Town of Woodstock, Ulster Co. The farm was 130 acres near to the Green Co. Line on Mink Hollow Trail. It is believed that the Greene County David Howland, (with wife Judith Ham) of Cairo, is one of these children. It is also believed that they were all born in Washington Town, Dutchess County. Bruce Smith and Charles Howland are both descended from Edward Howland.
